About Me

I am an assistant professor at Seton Hall University in the Department of Educational Leadership, Management, and Policy. My research interests are in the areas of K-12 school accountability and turnaround as well as high school students/ access to, and success in, Advanced Placement programs.

My teaching is primarily in quantitative and survey research methods at the graduate level where many of my students are practicing or aspiring K-12 leaders. A central focus of my teaching is on helping practitioners draw on the rigorous process emphasized by research methods to effectively define, investigate, and communicate about real-world problems.
