School Finance Data

Starting with the 2015-16 school year, I have retrieved and cleaned data from the New Jersey Department of Education's User-Friendly Budgets. Those data are available here in a district by year level format (each line represents one district in one year).

When using this data, please provide a citation, which helps to provide me with credit for the significant amount of work that has gone into creating this resource. Please cite this data in the following format, replacing Year with the year the data set was published, the X after "Version" with the version number of the dataset, and URL with the web address where the data are located:
